Ingredients
| 5 Tbsp | Olive oil extra virgin |
| 200 ml | Red wine |
| 2 | Onions |
| 800 grs | Tomato pulp |
| 4 | Carrots |
| 3 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 leave | Laurel |
| 150 grs | Textured Soy Protein |
| 500 ml | Vegetable broth vegetable broth recipe |
Instructions

Cut and prepare all the ingredients.

Place the soy protein in a pot with boiling water. Then cook it for 10 minutes.

Drain the soy protein.

Put olive oil in a pot and cook the onion.

Add the soy protein and the wine. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato pulp and the carrots.

Put the vegetable broth and mix. Cook for 3 hours on medium heat.

Remove from the heat and set aside.

Serve with your favourite pasta.

- It can be portioned and frozen.
- This sauce can be used for any type of pasta, including lasagna.
